99.9% of applicants don't even make it through the initial 4-hour assessment.

Candidates not only need to be in the top tear of academics but they need to have the physical fitness and refined hand-eye coordination of a professional athlete including perfect 20/20 vision.

The Australian Defence Recruiting team challenged us to develop a new recruitment website for Fighter Pilots that would test against this elite set of requisite skills.
